Douglas R. Ewing, MD, FACS
Douglas Ewing, MD, FACS, is a surgeon at Advanced Laparoscopic Associates. Dr. Ewing received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University and his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed an internship and residency at St. Luke’s—Roosevelt Hospital Center and a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Ewing is board certified and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Ewing is the Division Chief of Minimally Invasive Surgery and the Program Director of the Minimally Invasive/Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Ewing serves as an assistant professor of surgery at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University and teaches students and residents from:
